Suzanne Vitti

Vitti is originally from Detroit but has lived in Miami and the Bahamas. Vitti says the unique character of Greenville’s arts community is one of the many reasons why she has fallen in love with the city. As she continues to create and inspire others to do the same, Vitti says she is filled with gratitude for those who have helped make Greenville home. “I think it is a smaller area and such a tight knit community,” she says. “It really is all about people helping each other out.”
Artist Statement
My work reflects the beauty of imperfection. It’s a celebration of spontaneity, detail and texture, with influences of pop culture, commercial imagery, religious symbolism, and intercultural aesthetics.
